and other leaders in a position to leverage resources for social good
Since
it is a 5-day training, there will be an additional $150 added to the
Program Tuition that you select from the sliding scale. The room and
board fee will be $650.

The Art of Collaborative Leadership is an intensive five-day retreat workshop in which participants will hone skills related to articulating vision, managing difficult conversations, and identifying personal leadership strengths and challenges. A unique leadership training experience, the Art of Collaborative Leadership provides NGO leaders with:
- An opportunity for reflection and introspection to explore the personal, professional, emotional and ideological aspects of leadership.

This training is only open to graduates of the Art of Leadership. The Advanced Art of Leadership: Leadership In Action challenges participants to delve deeper into their professional development and offers tools that can be integrated into the day-to-day operations of their organizations and networks. This training is especially targeted towards senior staff, management teams, executive directors and senior leaders of social justice networks and coalitions. Leadership In Action offers a chance for peer leaders to learn practical leadership skills and candidly address leadership and organizational issues in a supportive environment.
